Panda was once an abandoned puppy. He was searching food in a garbage dump when he was rescued. Abandonment happen frequently in some residential areas. Residents there are indifferent to this behavior and will not report even when they see the abandoned puppy. Northeast Animal Rescue often petrol these areas to rescue abandoned puppies. Panda was found by us in such an action.
Panda had a new family soon after being rescued. A kind lady became his mother. Panda has grown up now. He's living happily in a warm family.
